The beautiful crystal-clear turquoise waters in Es Pujols is shallow with a very gentle slope, and at 50 metres from the coast line there is a depth of only around 1,5 metres. The beach has fine-grained golden sand, and a couple of rocky islands can be found swimming distance from the shore, which make this great place to explore.

Once a sleepy fishing village, today Es Pujols is the closest Formentera has to a proper beach resort. The beach however still remains very much unspoiled and retains much of its natural beauty, with rows of ramshackled fishing huts lining the beachfront, adding to its charm. Along the white sandy beach there is a wooden walkway lined with restaurants, bars, cafes and boutiques, that can be found in the area.

Chezz Gerdi

Chezz Gerdi is a popular spot on the east coast offing up excellent food, fantastic views and a chilled relaxed atmosphere. Open from March to October, the top quality seafood, deliciously prepared salt baked fish, are sure to delighted . The homemade artisan pizza is considered by many to be the best on the island, second only to the view. The friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere make this an ideal place for lunch. You will need a dingy to come ashore, and tie onto the wall.
