Lux Charters Ibiza is an independent yacht-charter broker specialising in tailor-made boat days around Ibiza & Formentera.
We do not own boats, which means we recommend the best options across many operators, not just one.
Since 2014, we’ve helped guests choose the right motorboat, yacht or superyacht, offering honest advice, transparent pricing and a very organised approach to planning each charter.

03: How a typical day charter works
Standard duration: 8 hours
Ibiza → Formentera: 30–40 minutes each way (at ~20 knots)
Common schedule: 11:00–19:00
A recommended itinerary:
Depart Ibiza Town around 11:00
Swim stop near Formentera
Lunch at 13:30 (restaurants with tender pickup)
Afternoon in Cala Saona
Return to port around 19:00

04: Guest limits & larger groups
Most yachts in Ibiza are licensed for up to 12 guests while moving
Some are limited to 10 or 11 depending on their licence.
We specialise in organising multi-boat solutions for big groups.
For 13–20 or more guests, we arrange:
Two yachts travelling together, or a main yacht with a support boat
This ensures comfort, legality and safety for your group.

Fuel varies by boat and we always show this clearly in writing in our estimates and here on our website:
We show an estimate for a) Illetes and b) Illetes and Cala Saona (which roughly equates to Es Pujos and Es Caló, as well as Cala Jondal and Es Vedra.

Yes. We help with restaurant bookings, timings, route suggestions and extras such as villa transfers or small celebrations, depending on the yacht.
A standard day charter is 8 hours, often 11:00–19:00. A lovely recommended itinerary is to cruise from Ibiza Town to Formentera, about 30–40 minutes away, stop for a swim, then have lunch around 13:30 for about an hour and a half before heading to Cala Saona for the afternoon, where you can enjoy swimming and watertoys, returning to port around 19:00.
Most yachts are licensed for up to 12 guests while moving and some are restricted to 10 or 11 depending on their licence. Larger groups normally use two boats or a main yacht plus a support boat to stay within legal limits while moving.
Day-charter prices range from about €1200 to €12000 including VAT, depending on boat size and month. July and August are the peak months.
