- Entries will be placed in the draw and the winner will be randomly chosen on 28 June 2016.
- Entries will only be accepted through the entry form on the LuxChartersIbiza website, until 23.59 on 27 June 2016.
- The winner will be contacted on the 28 June 2016.
- The charter day prize will be offered to the winner on a minimum of 2 different days during the week the winner has stipulated they are in Ibiza. Weeks are based on Saturday to Saturday.
- The winner must choose one of the days offered by the 30 June respectively.
- The prize charter day starts from 11am until around 20.30.
- Superb on-board lunch will be provided courtesy of Catering by Charles for the number of guests and crew on the day. Vegetarian options are available.
- The prize includes skipper, crew and fuel return to Formentera, as well as towels and snorkelling gear. There is also a drinks package including wine, beer and soft drinks.
- The winner must be present on the boat on the day of the charter and can bring up to 11 additional guests.
- If the winning boat is not available on at least 2 days in the week or for any unforeseen reason on the day, an alternative similar boat may be offered to the winner by the promotor.
- In the rare case of adverse weather conditions, an alternative prize day will be organised by the promotor.
- If the winner does not respond or choose a date by the end of the designated acceptance period, an alternative winner will be drawn and the same confirmation process executed.
- The prize is not transferable and has no exchange monetary value.
- The decision of the judges is final. the winner agrees to have their first name and photo together with a quote about the day published on the LuxChartersIbiza website after the event.
